| I am thrilled to announce that Tobie is alive and well. After 2 weeks of torment and stress, it turned out Tobie had a uterus infection called open pyometra. Open Pyometra is a common symptom for female dogs that have never been spade. So voila! After her operation, she was up and running within 4 days. 4 days! Her post-operation days were a whirlwind of constant pampering, feeding, medicating, letting her out every 2 hours to pee, getting up in the middle of the night to see if she was breathing, pampering, feeding, medicating... Now, Tobie prances around the house as if her stomach had never been sliced open and then closed together again with 14 staples! Some nerve!
Well, all is well and back to normal. Thank you God Almighty for showing mercy!
Tobie, the baby of the family. ♥
